For this season, the Ski Resorts of Serbia have built a system for artificial snow on the tracks Bela reka 1 and Bela reka 2, which follow the Brzeće – Mali Karaman ski slope.
Bela reka 2 belongs to the category of the steepest slopes and is recommended only for skilled skiers. Together with Bela Reka 1, which is much easier, it is 3.5 kilometers long and has the biggest height difference of almost 900 meters.
With the opening of these trails, skiers will have the opportunity to use the gondola that connects Brzeće and the center of the ski resort to its full capacity, and all those staying in resort at the foot of the mountain this weekend will be able to ski down to their accommodation.
With the opening of Bela Reka 1 and Bela Reka 2 tracks, the Kopaonik ski center will be operating at full capacity for the first time in the last 10 years.
Currently, there is up to 50 centimeters of compacted snow on the slopes of this ski resort, it was stated in the notice of JP “Skijališta Srbije”.
