Friday, September 5
9:00 a.m.- departure for organized mushroom picking with guides from the “Kopaonik” National Park and the regional mushroom growing association, Kopaonik” from Raška
10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. offer of mushroom products from the Kopaonik region
3:00 p.m.- Determination of found mushrooms and preparation of the exhibition
4:00 p.m. – Ceremonial meeting of the Mycological and Mushroom Association of Serbia on the occasion of 10 years of work
7:00 p.m. – Formal dinner
Saturday, September 6
10:00 Opening of the mushroom exhibition
10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Offer of mushroom products from the Kopaonik region
10:00 a.m. – Walking tour “Photo safari”
12:00 a.m. – Competition in the preparation of mushroom dishes in the following categories:
- Cold appetizers
- Soupy dishes
- Grill – tray
3:00 p.m. Evaluation competitor
5:00 p.m. Lecture on the protection of nature and mushroom habitats
7:00 p.m. Dinner and awards ceremony
Sunday, September 7
10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Offer of mushroom products from the Kopaonik region
During the cooking competition organized at “Vatrište” (sports valley) on Kopaonik, the ethnic offer of the Kopaonik region will be presented (homemade products, old dishes, original singing, etc.)
During the week of the event (01 to 06 September until 12 noon) every day there will be measurement and recording of boletus found in categories I and II class, with the aim of competition and awarding of awards for the heaviest boletus on Kopaonik.
During the event, there will be a permanent exhibition of mushrooms from Kopaonik with the presence of educators from the Kopaonik National Park and representatives of the association of mushroom growers.
