Kopaonik Ski Center broke records during New Year’s and Christmas holidays 2020

During the holidays, Serbia’s ski resorts recorded an unprecedented visit to their ski centers. During the first 6 days of January, only on Kopaonik 46 percent more ski passes were sold in compared to the same period last year. During this period, turnover amounted to RSD 27 million, which is an indicator of exceptional business results at the beginning of the year.

On the slopes of this ski center alone during the 4th of January there were over 9 thousand skiers skiing, which is by far the highest recorded traffic in January since the Ski Resorts of Serbia.

These data show that there is a huge interest in Serbian ski centers and that the excellent organization, orderliness and preparedness of the trails is what sets us apart from other ski centers.

Osnežavanje

At a time when the natural amount of snow is extremely low in all ski resorts in the region, Serbia’s ski resorts have, thanks to dedicated work, great skills and thanks to artificial snow systems, have prepared an almost complete ski resort on Kopaonik.

There are currently 35 ski runs and 20 lifts and ski lifts in the ski center, and there are 30 inches of packed snow on the trails.

The Tornik Ski Center achieved a historic result during its first day of skiing on January 4, when a visit of 11,600 tourists was recorded at this ski resort.
