Maglič Fest 2025 will be held on Sunday, September 7th at Studenica Monastery under the slogan “The Centuries Are Calling You”.
MAGLIČ FEST 2025 – The Centuries are calling you to feel the medieval spirit. Knightly combats, performances by the best groups performing medieval music, theatrical performances, historical lectures, troubadours, singers, princes, princesses, pages, a medieval bazaar, archery, long jump competitions, traditional stone throwing, sack racing will put you in a time machine that will take you through the Middle Ages and give you an experience you will remember forever.
Maglič fest 2025 – program:
- 12:00 Opening Ceremony
– Church Choir “Saint Archdeacon Stefan”
– KUD Karanovac (folk dance ensemble) - 12:30 Fights “Iron Knights”
- 13:00 Jousting – fights of armored horsemen with spears
- 13:45 Concert “Džubo and Sanja”
- 14:30 Medieval entertainers
- 14:45 Knight’s tournament – fights of knights
- 15:30 Equestrian skills
- 16:15 Concert “Eternal”
Entrance to the event is free. There is no fee to attend the fights and concerts.
Throughout the duration of the event, visitors will have free access to:
- Medieval Village (free photo ops with knights, princesses, troubadours)
- Medical camp and medieval beekeeping workshop
- Medieval games for children
- Medieval carousel
- Workshops of old crafts (mosaic making, blacksmithing, wood carving, medieval jewelry making, chainmail making, weaving and leatherworking)
- Free face painting for children
- Jugglers
- LARP arena (fencing for children)
In addition to the free content at the festival, there will also be paid content:
- Food and drinks
- Medieval games for visitors
- Horse riding
- Archery ranges
