Public review of the Draft Amendments and Supplements to the Spatial Plan of the Special Purpose Area of the “Kopaonik” National Park will be held from February 3 to 17, 2023.
Persons interested in changes and additions to the said plan can inspect it every working day in the premises of the assemblies of the municipalities of Raška, Brus and Leposavić, as well as on the website of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure and the aforementioned local self-government units.
Natural and legal persons can submit objections to the Draft of amendments and additions to the Spatial Plan in writing to the municipal administration during the period of public inspection, ending on February 17, 2023, or directly to the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, Department for Spatial Planning and Urbanism , Nemanjina 22-26, 11 000 Belgrade.
The public presentation of the planning document will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, starting at 12:00 p.m. in the building of the municipal administration of the municipality of Raška.
The public meeting of the commission for public inspection is planned to be held after the public inspection is over, on Monday, March 6, 2023, starting at 12:00 p.m. in the building of the municipal administration of the municipality of Raška.
Natural persons and representatives of legal entities who submitted objections in written form during the public inspection may attend the public session and explain them orally. The developer of the planning document publicly states his position on each objection submitted.
