Ski resorts of Serbia give COVID a insurance for the 2020/2021 ski season

Kopaonik, November 17 2020 Ski Resorts of Serbia, as a responsible company, gives its customers an COVID insurance for the ski season 2020/2021, which includes a refund of funds from unused ski days in case of emergency closure of ski resorts due to the epidemiological situation.

In the event that the Public Company is forced to close the ski center / ski resorts due to the worsening of the epidemiological situation caused by the COVID-19 virus, all service users will be refunded based on the payment of the ski pass, for unused ski days. For season ski pass users, the refund is based on the projected number of ski days they should have available – for the Ski Center “Kopaonik” it is 120 days, for the Ski Resort “Stara Planina” it is 100, for the Ski Resort “Zlatibor” 80 days.

The right to calculation and eventual payment, buyers of seasonal ski passes can exercise after the end of the ski season 2020/2021 for a particular ski resort / ski center.

NOTE: The calculation and payment of compensation in the aforementioned manner is done exclusively in case of emergency closure of the ski resort due to the epidemiological situation!
