With the new snowfall in the Kopaonik ski center, which reaches 30 cm and more, the conditions have been created to prepare other ski trails as soon as possible other ski trails except those that were in operation.
Serbian ski resorts have created the conditions, with the help of artificial snowmaking, to prepare the Pancic ski slope – which should be operational as early as Wednesday, December 25th. The Duboka and Mali Karaman ski slopes, as well as other ski slopes, will be quickly prepared, which will be put into operation according to the layout of the Serbian ski resorts and depending on the weather conditions.
As for the mentioned weather, the forecast for the next period, until the end of 2019, announces cloudy weather with low temperatures and snowfall. Snow will be of varying intensity by Sunday, with temperatures well below -10C, contributing to the increase in snow cover on the slopes and creating conditions for excellent skiing. Monday’s forecast says it will be as sunny as early New 2020 with temperatures as high as -15C, which guarantees phenomenal skiing.
Today, the ski trails that run along the cable cars Karaman greben, Masinac, Krst, Malo jezero, then the Children’s Park, as well as adrenaline facilities Bob sled on the rails, Zip line, Tjubing were in operation. Panoramic sightseeing is possible on the Karaman greben.
Ski center opening hours are 9am to 4pm – Bob sled on the rails and Children’s Park are open until 10pm. The Malo jezero and KGB night ski trails are open from 6pm to 10pm.
