Evin Pešić, an academic painter, in her new cycle of paintings inspired by winter sports explores the dynamics of movement through expressive color language and layered compositions.

The series of works The Art of Movement / SNOW EMOTION represents an intense dialogue between body, space and emotion, combining two art disciplines – acrylic on canvas and illustration – into a unique visual expression where the energy of sports movement is translated into artistic language.

In contact with color, snow ceases to be a natural phenomenon and becomes an emotion. In that world between abstraction and reality, the author finds her own expression, based on the experience of movement, breathing and the moment when the body becomes an instrument of expression.

This cycle is not only about snow and sports, but about inner strength, freedom and the rhythm of life, capturing the moment between tension and release – that short cut between breath and movement, between real and imagined.
