AMSS offers roadside assistance services – primary and secondary – on a 24/7/365 basis. Breakdown, towing and other services are provided quickly and efficiently, in accordance with the European standards and service provider agreements (SMARC, SNAKE, Mobile guarantees, etc).
In order to obtain a service, AMSS members must dial the number of the Operations Centre (OC) – 1987, from the land line and mobile phones.
Foreign motorists must call their home clubs that will organize appropriate assistance through AMSS OC. Other motorists can also call the AMSS OC number, by dialling + 381 11 1987.
AMSS provides maximum service levels, safety and security to all the motorists in need of a roadside assistance, throughout the country.
