A lot of fun and adventure awaits tourists on Kopaonik during July and August 2023. Summer is the right time to discover the benefits of a vacation on the mountain, and Kopaonik offers numerous sports and entertainment facilities for an exciting and active vacation during the hottest months of the year. Tourists can enjoy various activities that are part of the summer offer: paragliding, hiking and cycling tours, adrenaline activities (bobbing on rails, zip line, tubing), panoramic cable car ride, mountain cart, hiking, Spa&Wellness facilities.
For the youngest lovers of the mountains on July 22 and 23, scout workshops, a magic show, children’s cabaret, socializing with cheerful clowns, and in addition to entertainment, will also have an educational character.
The last weekend of July, July 29 and 30, is planned for the “Trail race” and “Three sides of Kopaonik” sporting events, which represent real challenges for mountain and adrenaline lovers. After an active rest and fun sports activities during the day, on July 29, in Konaci, the concert of Anna Stajdohard will take place.
From August 4 to 6, Kopaonik will be blueberry colored. Tourists can enjoy walking along the mountain paths with a trip to the blueberry habitat, tasting blueberry specialties, performances by cultural and artistic societies and the concert of Ivana Selakov, which will be held on August 5. Semir Gicić’s uncompromising stand-up – mono comedy with the theme “Small things that bind us” and the performance of the electric string quartet Dinamika Music with compositions from “baroque to rock”, on August 6, will surely complete the stay on the mountain for all lovers of natural beauty, clean air and forest products.
For children and parents, from August 11 to 13, Kopaonik will be a place for children’s play and socializing – games without limits, a magician, juggler, clown, ice fairy and ice robot will make real fun for the youngest visitors. For lovers of history, natural beauty and cultural and historical heritage, a tourist tour is organized on August 13, which will visit the Jošanička Bath, the Memorial Room of Milunka Savić, the Gradac and Končul Monasteries and the “Memorial Room of Raška – the war capital of the Kingdom of Serbia in 1915” in Raška.
