Kopaonik 12/20/2021 – Hotel Grand Kopaonik is the winner of the Hotel Brand of the Year award for 2020/21. The expert jury for the awarding of the most prestigious recognitions in the hotel industry of Serbia, awarded the Grand Hotel under the brand “Ambassadors of quality service” by a majority of votes.
The award was given at the hotel’s exclusive gala dinner at Belgrade’s Crovne Plaza Hotel, which was attended by a large number of high-ranking officials and distinguished guests from world diplomacy, economy, education and the media.
“I am extremely proud of this award, which is coming at the right time – in the year when the Grand Hotel celebrates 40 years of its existence and when we celebrated the grand opening of the hotel after 7 months of reconstruction. Hoteliers, officials, diplomats, business friends of hoteliers and the media gathered at the 15th award ceremony, a kind of “Oscar of the hotel industry”, after a two-year break. Awards were given in 13 categories, to those who bravely responded to challenges, persevered in defending quality and managed to achieve valuable business results.
Hotel Grand Kopaonik is successfully operating within the MK Group, which this year invested more than 27 million euros in the new edition of the hotel, including all public spaces for guests, top restaurants and bars, conference sales, luxury spa & wellness center, new residential block and an underground garage that meets all standards and needs of guests.
