Kopaonik 04/13/2021 Today, the Serbian Alpine Skiing Championship was held, in the giant slalom discipline, on the Crna Duboka trail on Kopaonik, for the categories of children from 12 to 16 years of age. A total of 50 competitors from Serbia, Slovenia and Montenegro participated.
After two rides in excellent snow conditions, Emilija Đurović (SK Crvena Zvezda) triumphed in the category of girls under 14 in front of Lara Radulović (SK Rtanj) and Lori Murovec from Slovenia (SK Triglav). Ivanović Gala (SK Ares) took the 4th place in the overall ranking, which is also the third place in the ranking for the Serbian Championship.
Emilija Đurović also achieved the best track time in both runs of today’s giant slalom in the women’s and men’s competition.
In the category of boys under 14, Tasić Dušan (NS Ski TEAM) took the 1st place with an excellent performance in both races, ahead of the second-placed Matija Ilijevski (SK BSK) and the third-placed Nestor Ivanović (SK ARES).
In the older categories up to 16 years of age, it was interesting until the end in the women’s competition, the victory was taken by Iva Nikolić (SK BSK), who was 0.02 hundredths better than the second-placed Mina Angelov (SK NIŠ). Petra Lazović (SK MM) took the 3rd place with 1.20 hundredths of a second behind.
In the men’s competition, Lazar Perišić (SK Rtanj) triumphed with an excellent performance in both races in front of his club colleague Aleksa Balović (SK Rtanj), while Aleksa Lalić (NS SKI TEAM) won the 3rd place and the bronze medal.
