The gondola on Kopaonik starts working today

Kopaonik,12.02.2021. The Brzeće Mali Karaman gondola on Kopaonik will start operating today. The opening ceremony is scheduled for 12:00 at the gondola departure station in Brzeće, in the presence of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, Ana Brnabić.

The news that the ceremonial opening and commissioning of the Brzeće – Mali Karaman gondola was announced for Friday, February 12, 2021, at 12:00, was greeted with enthusiasm by many, especially the residents of Brzeće and the municipality of Brus.

We remind you that the gondola route is on the route of the existing installations Bela reka 1 and 2, with an extension to the Mali Karaman plateau. The departure station is in Brzeće and the turning point is in Mali Karaman, with two intermediate stations for boarding – unloading, Struga and FIS Polygon.

Skiers and tourists will arrive from the gondola departure station in Brzeće to Mali Karaman on Kopaonik in less than 15 minutes.

The point of sale for ski passes in Brzeće will be next to the departure station of the Gondola Brzeće Mali Karaman.

A ski pass will be valid for gondola rides, from one-day to seasonal, as well as individual tickets for panoramic rides.

As for individual tickets for panoramic gondola rides, the prices for this ski season are as follows:
– for children 600.00 dinars (children aged 6-11)
– for adults 1000.00 dinars
– for seniors 800.00 dinars (category seniors are persons born in 1955 and earlier)

During the ski season, the working hours of the Gondola Brzeće – Mali Karaman will follow the work of the ski center Kopaonik (current working hours 08:30 – 16:30).

The Brzeće – Mali Karaman gondola is part of the “Serbia 2025” project, and this investment enables further and faster development of Brzeće, the municipality of Brus, as well as the entire foothills of Kopaonik, as well as the comprehensive tourism of Serbia.
