GSS rescuers from today on May duty on Kopaonik and Stara Planina

Kopaonik 30.04.2021. As of today, the rescuers of the Mountain Rescue Service (GSS) are returning to Kopaonik and Stara Planina, where the ski resorts have been reopened.

As of today, the Karaman ridge, Pančić 4b trails and both Krst trails have been opened on Kopaonik.

While the Apple Plain is working on the Stara Planina A total of seven rescuers are on duty who will be on these mountains for the next five days. In case of need, other rescuers of the GSS are also on standby.

The Mountain Rescue Service of Serbia is a voluntary and non-profit organization whose main goal is help and rescue in inaccessible mountain and urban conditions. Saving human life, helping a person in need, is the basic task of this service.
